Prevent, a registered student organization, annually hosts the End Rape On Campus (EROC) March each April to raise awareness about sexual assault on college campuses.

The march is free and open to the public. Sexual assault survivors and allies are encouraged to attend. Participants walk from the Nebraska Union Plaza to the State Capitol steps. Please check back for information on the 2020 event.

The PREVENT group is a recognized student organization that works to end relationship and sexual violence through peer education on bystander intervention. For more information on the group or the march, contact the Center for Advocacy, Response and Education (CARE) at (402) 472-3553.

End Rape on Campus March

Prior to the annual march, we offer up time and space for individuals to share their stories of survival. Sometimes, we’re not ready to say what happened out loud, other times we are.

If you would like to have your story anonymously shared by a PREVENT member, please leave the contact information blank, this form otherwise is 100% anonymous. If you would like to share your story before the March, please include your name and email. We may not be able to share all of the stories, and will share them on a first come, first serve basis.

If you decide that you no longer want your story shared after submitting it, please e-mail prevent@unl.edu, and your submission will be removed.
